- Initial planning meeting – We review a preliminary scope of the expected work for the project and the proposed budget and sign the design agreement. We also explore the design options with you to get your feedback and refinement to ensure your complete satisfaction with the project. Afterwards, we select the products you need while refining the design and budget.
- Final design and budget review – We finalize the project design, product selections, and budget. Final refinements can be made to the design at this point. Just before the work begins, we present you with an outline of what to expect during the course of the project, including start and completion dates and the budget.
- Pre-construction meeting – After finishing the preparations, such as coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials, and obtaining permits, we will discuss the daily job schedule, communication protocols, daily start/stop times, and other items.
- Construction – We will begin your bathroom remodeling project on the scheduled start-date. We will work every day to ensure timely completion, while updating you at every step of the project.
- Finalize – When the work is completed as scheduled, we perform a final walk-through and provide any owners’ manuals and warranty information. You can also request minor adjustments for your complete satisfaction.
